We are creatures of habit. If allowed to remain comfortable, many ladies will never venture outside of their own cozy friend group. While I believe events are important for growing our established relationships (especially for church groups at a combined retreat), I also believe in encouraging friendship and growth outside of our established groups. The Mix-It-Up Game is an acceptable and fun way to nudge the ladies into meeting other ladies. Sometimes we need help stretching ourselves. The blessing of such an exercise just might be yours!
